TYM Tractor Service Instructions

It's Important to maintain your machine while you are allowed to service your own machine without warranty issues (using OEM Filters of course!), It's even more important to stay up on top of regular service intervals.

Aside from greasing your tractor every 8-10 working hours, TYM calls for a break-in service at 50-hours and then it's a good habit to stick to the 250-hour service intervals.

Acceptable Fluid specs are listed below:(As of 1/1/25, TYM DOES NOT require use of OEM branded fluids)

  • Engine Oil: 15w-40
  • Hydraulic Oil: J20A/C/D (Letter Varies by climate zone)
  • Coolant: (50/50 Acceptable)
  • Grease: Hi-Temp
  • Gear Oil (Front Diff): 80-90w

50hr Service (Break-in) Filter Requirements:

  • Engine Oil & Fluid
  • Hydraulic Oil & Fluid
  • Check Hydraulic Screens (If Model Requires)
  • Front Differential Oil

250hr (Full Service) Filter Requirements:

Right To Repair

While TYM does require major warranty to be done at the dealership. You as the customer have full right to service your unit so long as you use the correct spec fluid and OEM filters,

How fast is shipping?

Standard shipping on package size items is 1-3 days however overnight and express shipping options are available. (UPS/FEDEX ARE THE FASTEST. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE USPS DELIVERY TIMES)

LTL Items ship within 1-2 business days and are usually delivered within 7-10 days.

Tractors and Tractor packages can be shipped nationwide within 1-3 days after any installation of accessories, hydraulics, or backhoes is complete.(usually 1-2 days from finalization of deal)
